1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Serene Aesthetic Lab ("we", "us", "our") located at 459 Sydney Rd, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Serene Aesthetic Lab provides cosmetic and aesthetic treatments including but not limited to:

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal fillers
• Lip fillers
• Skin needling
• Facial slimming treatments

All treatments are performed by qualified and registered cosmetic nurses in accordance with Australian health regulations and TGA guidelines.

3. Booking and Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone
• A consultation is required before any treatment
• We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include GST where applicable
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

5. Health and Safety

You must disclose all relevant medical information, medications, and allergies during your consultation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in adverse reactions and void any liability on our part.

• You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments
• Pregnant or breastfeeding clients cannot receive certain treatments
• You must follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions
• Report any adverse reactions immediately

6. Liability and Insurance

Serene Aesthetic Lab maintains professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance as required by Australian law. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Photography and Marketing

With your written consent, we may take before and after photographs for treatment documentation and marketing purposes. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or seek resolution through the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
